I was looking for a realtor before Covid and interviewed three realtors and liked Erick’s calm, friendly and patient mannerism and I planned to use hire him, but I needed to put my plans on hold and Erick was courteous and understanding. When I contacted Erick 20 months later he was quick to respond, showed me homes and was honest with his feelings about the homes. I never felt pushed or that Erick just wanted to make a sale. Erick was patient which I appreciated as this was my first time selling and purchasing a home on my own. Erick patiently answered all my questions and never made me feel less than for asking them. I listened to Erick and had my duplex sold in two weeks without feeling I had undersold for the market. I was able to finalize my purchase which was conditional on my home selling. I feel the time and effort that Erick put into the purchase and sale of my housing deals exceeded service I received in the past.
