Erick Dillmann was the best realtor I could have asked for. I was looking for a realtor before Covid and interviewed three realtors and liked Erick’s calm, friendly and patient mannerism and I planned to use hire him, but I needed to put my plans on hold and Erick was courteous and understanding. When I contacted Erick 20 months later he was quick to respond, showed me homes and was honest with his feelings about the homes. I never felt pushed or that Erick just wanted to make a sale. Erick was patient which I appreciated as this was my first time selling and purchasing a home on my own. Erick patiently answered all my questions and never made me feel less than for asking them. When listing my home Erick gave great suggestions regarding price points, toured my home giving great suggestions on what things I could do to make my home more marketable and provided comparisons to homes in my area. When the house didn’t sell the first week after lots of showings, we discussed lowering the price. Erick was reasonable and again provided proof that the market had declined and most other homes in the neighbourhood had lowered their prices. I listened to Erick and had my duplex sold in two weeks without feeling I had undersold for the market. I was able to finalize my purchase which was conditional on my home selling. Erick was with me every step of the way which I was worried wouldn’t be the case as 2 Percent Realty was an alternative to the realtors of yesteryear. I feel the time and effort that Erick put into the purchase and sale of my housing deals exceeded service I received in the past. Erick is knowledgeable, current, on top of things and an absolute pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend Erick to anyone looking for a real estate agent to purchase or sell their home. Erick, thank you for making what could have been a very stressful time a lot easier than anticipated.
